Micro-Spring Sector is Growing Rapidly
Simplex Rapid responds to the growing need for precision by offering a complete ecosystem of machines and devices specifically designed for the processing of very thin metal wires.
The new coiler model “RX 3” (also seen on the cover of this issue) has a working range from Ø 0.05 to 0.2 mm (0.00197″ to 0.00787″), and it represents the new reference in the micro-spring sector thanks to the mechanical solutions adopted and the precision that can be obtained.
The machine has 11 controlled axes with micron resolution, a high-resolution digital camera and motorized rotation (lower and upper) of both coiling fingers for precise spring pretension control.
