New Facility for Rebuilding & Modernizing Machines
Every rebuild begins with a full machine teardown. The frame and structural components are stripped to their core, professionally sandblasted and refinished to almost like-new condition.
During reassembly, each component is carefully inspected and either replaced or refurbished to meet our strict performance standards. To restore optimal cooling efficiency, virtually all water lines and fittings are replaced. Air lines and valves are renewed to improve speed, responsiveness and long-term dependability. All welding straps, electrode holders and weld presses are replaced with new components to ensure consistent, high-quality welds and efficient part production.
